Navigating Global Transformation: New Order, New Tech

The 7th Bund Summit, jointly held by China Finance 40 Forum and Tsinghua University, took place in Shanghai during October 23-25, 2025. The three-day event consisted of international dialogues, roundtables and closed-door seminars. The discussions focused on key global issues such as global economy, international finance, green development, and financial technology. The event featured 121 speakers from 21 countries, including 33 government officials at or above vice-ministerial level, eight finance ministers or vice ministers, nine central bank governors, and two deputy governors. It also brought together representatives from over 200 major financial institutions, more than 60 international organizations and government agencies, and 60 leading think tanks and academic institutions, with global media coverage from 52 outlets.
